Having spent 2 great weeks at Rob Jaggers Campground, it was time to mosey on toward our goal - Idaho, Washington and Oregon.
The Covid-19 situation was still affecting campground availability, but we were able to find a site at Stone House Lodge & RV park in northwest New Mexico.
Our previously planned route would have taken us west from Jaggers campground and then north into southwestern Colorado.
Unfortunately, the corona-virus was seriously affecting the Navajo Nation in that part of New Mexico. Common sense dictated that we go north first and then west to be on the safe side.
It was a pleasant drive, mostly in the 6-7,000 foot elevations. The landscapes were amazing and constantly changing as we made our way to Stone House Lodge. See our next post for our experiences there.
